Answering about Angelina's problem..

Hi, readers. What's up?
Today I would like to answering a case about Angelina's problem.
She drives a seven year old car that recently needed $1,300 in repairs. Each day she drives 46 miles to and from her job. So, what action should she take to decide if she should
a) keep this car
b) buy a newer used car
c) buy a new car
Fyi, her monthly income is $2,700, her flexible expenses is $750 and her fixed expenses is $250 

In my opinion, it is time to change to a new car. Let's say her old car can be sold for $500 cash, and she needs to buy a new car, Nissan Versa S for affordable price $12,855. So she had $3,200 in her pocket (her salary $2,700 + $500)

If Angelina credits her new car, and she needs to pay a 20% of total price for down payment (DP) that is $2,571 to the dealers. And she still has $629 in her pocket which is nearly enough for her monthly expenses. 

But, she needs to pay the remaining price that is $10,284 with APR 10% which is around $11,315. And let's say she credits the car for a year, and the installment she needs to pay is about $943 each month. Last but not least, she still had money for her daily expenses and she can drove a new car.

My Opinion About a Case Application

Hi readers, its been a long time since i wrote my last blog, isn't it? So today, i would like to talk about a case application. look the question below..

1. Jack uses his credit card for almost all purchases. He charges gas purchases, clothing, food, and other living expenses. What is your opinion of this money management habit?

okay, now i will answer my thoughts, 

For me personally, i think it's okay to use credit cards to buy something, we can use the card as a budgeting tool. we can see exactly how much we have spent at the end of month. but you only can do this if you can pay off your balance for sure. 

But if Jack used it for almost all purchases, it's quiet danger because we should use it wisely, we should use the card for needs, not wants.Cause if you don't, you will be in trouble to pay them off. , and remember to never skip your payment, if you do then you will have a negative impact to your credits card.

How Do I Earn Money ?

Hi, welcome back to my blog.. So, today i'm going to tell you guys about "how do i earn money in the future"

I believe all of you guys will do something to earn money, isn't it? You guys will find a job or gonna be an entrepreneurship someday.. 

But, how about me? I think i will working in a company, let me tell you the reason... well to be honest, i wanted to work at office just because i think its pretty cool when you wear a blazer everyday, wearing makeup in office and meeting with people at coffeeshop. HAHAHA yes i know its kinda weird, yeaa i knew that.

 That's the real reason why i want to working in office. But as i grew up, i realized that we need money to live, we should develop our interest, our passion and earn money. The goal is do what you love, and love what you do.

until now, im still searching what my passion is, and i haven't find it yet.. hehe

My decision i've ever made

Have you guys ever heard about removing a mole so you have a good luck???

Many people that have sixth sense told me to remove a mole. exactly under my eye. Ohh, its quite scary right? 
 There are so many possible alternatives that i can do, like going to doctor and remove it with laser, and also going to Jakarta and lasering the mole too ( if Palembang's doctor cant do that), last but not least, not removing that mole.

If there are possibilities, then it must be have consequences... isnt it? 
yeapp, if i am doing that surgery, probably i'll getting blind, then there are time consuming through several procedures like consultation, surgery and recovery, and the price? uuuu, its a little bit pricey guys. 
but, how about if im not do that?? NOTHING HAPPEN TO ME. really, im fine right now.. im happy with my life, i do believe in Jesus and i will never gonna be removing that mole. 

Proverb said," Men propose, God dispose." so, everything is on God hands. 
so, after i shared this with you guys, hopefully it will usefull and not to heard other people says, just do what you want, and believe that God be with you always.
